    The best way to share content via social networking and social bookmarking websites is to use addthis.com widget.

    How it works?

    You place a simple widget on your website on a good spot (on top of content, or after) and users can easily share your post by hovering over widget and selecting a service on which a post will be shared. The widget now support over 200 sharing services.
